Junior Recruitment Consultant
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Cloud and Infrastructure team; specifically focusing on the permanent market. The successful applicant will benefit from a market-leading commission scheme, company mobile phone, some fantastic incentives and an opportunity to build on some well-established existing client relationships.

What You’ll Do

360 recruitment in the Permanent Cloud/Infrastructure Market.

Develop a network of IT professionals within the industry.
​

Demonstrate an interest in the tech community - attending meet ups etc.
​

Take ownership of mapping out the market, identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.
​

Negotiate terms of business and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
​

Qualify and prioritise live requirements and drive engagement with customers to deliver value.
​

Liaising with candidates on a regular basis to determine their availability to ensure a consistent flow of candidates to maximize sales.

Fully qualifying candidates work history, rate expectations, notice periods etc.

Arranging interviews with candidates, fully briefing them of the role and sending confirmations
​

Providing feedback to candidates and clients
​

Updating and maintaining the recruitment database, searching the database for suitable candidates
​

Working to time sensitive targets
​
-
Working within RR processes and procedures, ensuring we keep within the core sales time process
​

Ensuring compliance in all processes and ensuring all information is contained on our CRM.
